House Rules

1. No smoking inside apartment. Smoking can only be done at designated area outside
2. Air conditioning must be off when leaving apartment
3. No pet
4. Any damage to equipment must be reported to Manager immediately
5. Check-in after 2pm
6. Check out before 12pm
7. 4 guest maximum in each apartment
8. Before you depart, the manager will conduct a brief inspection of your apartment. This is a routine procedure to ensure that everything is in working condition, just as you found it. We appreciate your cooperation and request approximately 5-10 minutes of your time to facilitate this process
